Terms of Service

OGE (Open Groups by Email) is a private recruiting workflow platform for authorized insurance recruiting teams. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to use it only for lawful business and recruiting purposes.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data they upload, import, or enter into the platform. This includes recruiting lists, contact information, source files, notes, and related account information.

OGE (Open Groups by Email) may include Gmail connection features, email queue tools, Twilio/SMS text queue tools, response-checking tools, research features, follow-up reminders, and AI-assisted call-preparation tools. Users are responsible for reviewing important information and for complying with applicable email, recruiting, privacy, SMS, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws.

SMS/text messaging features are intended for recruiting follow-up, appointment scheduling, and related business communication with recipients who have agreed to receive SMS contact. Users must include opt-out language where appropriate and must not text recipients who have opted out. Reply STOP opt-outs are treated as permanent for the applicable Regional Agent account and future SMS sends to that number are blocked.

Access may be limited by role. Administrators, Regional Agents, and Partners may have different permissions. Users may not attempt to access data or features outside their authorized account or role.

The platform is provided as available and may depend on third-party services such as Google APIs, Twilio, hosting providers, email services, and AI/API providers. Questions about platform access or these terms should be sent to the site administrator.
